Our work can extend beyond recommendations.
We can support you from initial analysis through implementation and evidence review. Each agreed stage has a defined objective, responsible parties, and deliverables.
Five stages, one roadmap.
01
Understand
We clarify what is happening and what needs to change.
We review the objective, context, documentation, and available information. We distinguish confirmed facts, assumptions, and missing data.
Output: Defined assessment objective and scope.
02
Structure
We decide what to address and in what order.
We organize findings, risks, dependencies, and resources; set priorities; and agree on success criteria.
Output: Work plan, responsibilities, and priorities.
03
Design
We develop processes, tools, and controls.
We develop the agreed solution, considering who will use it, how it will be approved, and what evidence it needs to produce.
Output: Deliverables prepared for review and implementation.
04
Implement
We put the design into practice in the workplace.
We coordinate contracted activities, training, pilots, and adoption monitoring. We record decisions and scope changes.
Output: Evidence of deployment and identified outstanding items.
05
Validate and improve
We review what works and what needs adjustment.
We assess evidence against the agreed criteria; review use, metrics, and incidents; and evaluate the effectiveness of actions.
Output: Documented closeout and recommendations for next steps.
We agree on the level of involvement with you.

How an engagement begins.
01
Request and initial discussion.
We review your needs and confirm whether we can help.
02
Information and scope.
If needed, we agree on confidentiality terms and request the necessary inputs.
03
Proposal and acceptance.
We define deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and fees, then formalize acceptance and payment terms.
04
Kickoff and execution.
We begin work, monitor progress, and document adjustments.
05
Handover and continuity.
We review acceptance, hand over materials, and agree on support or an additional phase if needed.
How fees are determined.
The quote considers scope, complexity, criticality, document volume, duration, number of functions or sites, research, implementation, visits, and third-party involvement. Included items and additional expenses are identified before the engagement is agreed.
Let’s start by defining the problem.
The initial discussion helps identify the information and scope we need.
